Cancellation PoliciesAt BD Resort Manali, we understand that sometimes your travel plans may change. To provide you with a hassle-free experience, we have established

cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Periods:
Off-Peak Season: If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, there will be no cancellation charges.
Peak Season: If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, there will be no cancellation charges.
2. Cancellation Charges:
Off-Peak Season: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
Peak Season: If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
3. No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not informed us about the cancellation in advance, you will be charged the full booking
amount.
4. Early Departure:
If you decide to check out earlier than your original departure date, you will be charged for the full booking duration.
5. Refund Policy:
Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within 10-14 business days through the original mode of payment.
6. Modifications:
If you wish to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any
modifications are
subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
7. Group Bookings:
Group bookings (bookings of 5 or more rooms) may have a different cancellation policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
